What Does Our Fit Guarantee Cover?
We guarantee that every product we make will fit perfectly to the impressions you send us.
Before your order ships, our quality control team performs a detailed fit check on your appliance using a plaster model or a 3D printed model created from your impressions.
We include this model with your order, so you can see exactly what we worked with.
Your appliance will fit this model perfectly – because it was made from it.
Why the Guarantee is Based on Your Impressions:
We never see your teeth in person – only the impressions you provide. That’s why our guarantee applies to the fit on your model.
If your appliance fits the model but not your mouth, it’s usually because:
- The impressions were distorted or inaccurate
- Teeth shifted between taking impressions and production
- Other impression errors (e.g., palate not fully captured)
What If My Appliance Doesn’t Fit?
No worries – we’re committed to making it right.
If your appliance fits the model but not your teeth:
- You can take a new impression
- Send us both your new impressions and the original appliance
- We’ll remake or adjust your appliance at no additional cost
