Upper/Lower Jaw

Choose which part of your mouth the appliance will be made for:

  • Upper Jaw: Appliance fits only the upper teeth.

  • Lower Jaw: Appliance fits only the lower teeth.

Acrylic Color

This helps in creating space by allowing the back teeth to move naturally and preventing the lower lip from exerting unwanted forces on the front teeth. Additional Expansion Screw

    Yes, we manufacture these appliances using the exact same materials, fabrication process, and quality standards that we use for orthodontists and dentists worldwide. Whether the appliance is ordered for demonstration, educational purposes, or by an orthodontist for treatment, the quality is identical.

    However, it’s important to understand that a palate expander is only one part of an orthodontic treatment plan. Proper diagnosis, adjustment, and monitoring by a licensed orthodontist are essential.

  • Can these expanders be used for actual treatment?

    These appliances are designed to the same standards used for clinical orthodontics. However, as a dental laboratory, we do not offer treatments, medical advice, or diagnoses. Our appliances can only be used for treatment under the supervision of a licensed orthodontist.

    If you are considering using a palatal expander for treatment purposes, it is absolutely essential to consult with a qualified orthodontist to ensure safe and appropriate use.

  • Which palate expander is right for me?

  • Can I customize my expander (e.g., color, design)?

    Yes! Each expander is individually handcrafted to your specifications, and customization is absolutely possible. During the ordering process, you’ll have the option to select acrylic colors and other customization features. Please check the product configurator for available options for each appliance.

    If you have any specific customization requests beyond the standard options – such as particular design features, preferences for the wire layout, or other details – you can simply add these in the “Comments” field at the final step of the checkout process.

    Since every appliance is made to order based on your preferences, we’ll review your notes and contact you if we have any questions about your request.

  • How does the process work?

    Simply choose your desired appliance from our website. If you don’t have existing dental impressions, you can order an impression kit. Once we receive your impressions, we fabricate your custom appliance and ship it to you.

    If you already have an intraoral scan, you can send the .STL files via email or file transfer.

  • Do you ship internationally?

    Yes, we ship worldwide from the USA and the EU! We have return addresses in the USA, UK, and EU for your convenience. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout, and tracking is included with every order.

  • Do I need to order an impression kit?

    All of our products are custom-made based on your dental impressions to ensure a perfect fit. Without impressions, your appliance wouldn’t fit.

    If you don’t already have recent dental impressions (either from your dentist or a past order with us), you’ll need to order our Impression Kit. It’s easy to use at home and includes everything you need.

  • How do I return my impressions?

    After you’ve taken your impressions, please email us a few clear photos of them. Our team will review the photos to make sure the impressions are suitable. Once approved, we’ll send you the appropriate return instructions and the address of our nearest return location (in the USA, UK, or EU).

  • Do you offer instructions on how to activate the expander?

    No. Activation and adjustment of any orthodontic appliance, especially expanders with activation screws, must only be done by a licensed orthodontist.

  • Can I use your impression kit for ordering an expander?

    Yes! If you don’t already have dental impressions, you can order our impression kit. It contains everything you need to take impressions at home.

    However, please remember: Having accurate impressions does not replace professional consultation. If you plan to use the expander for treatment, a licensed orthodontist should still guide the entire process.

    I brought an RPE after significant research on FB groups, ChatGTP, Google you name it. Most say these devices don’t work. However my experience with guidance from my biological dentist has been fantastic. I have had no teeth tipping, no cavities, no pain, no tooth damage. I have the acrylic RPE. I have gained around 4mm maxillary expansion. Wearing only at night.

    I highly recommend getting a sonic dental pod for cleaning. I have good oral hygiene but they end up stinky.

    I’m now looking at what I need next which I will be looking at the 3D Swartz with headgear for anterior expansion and a lower device.

    All in all so pleased!!
