If you have any specific customization requests beyond the standard options – such as particular design features, preferences for the wire layout, or other details – you can simply add these in the “Comments” field at the final step of the checkout process. How do I return my impressions?

After you’ve taken your impressions, please email us a few clear photos of them. Our team will review the photos to make sure the impressions are suitable. Once approved, we’ll send you the appropriate return instructions and the address of our nearest return location (in the USA, UK, or EU).

Do you offer instructions on how to activate the expander?

No. Activation and adjustment of any orthodontic appliance, especially expanders with activation screws, must only be done by a licensed orthodontist .
